We are extremely proud to announce the results of Orange County School of Martial Arts first ever Gup Shim Sa.  In a few short months since beginning classes at California Elite Sports Center our first crop of students sucessfully completed their very first test for a new belt.  You guys should be proud of your accomplishment!

Welcome to OC School of Martial Arts News Feed!  We've created this space to provide students with more information about subjects that are discussed in class and provide updates on Belt Promotions, Tournament Results and other subjects.  Feel free to add comments of your own so that we all can gain insight from our students and their families.  Very often in class I am amazed at the intuitive and incredibly astute observations of our students, particularly those from our younger students.  I encourage parents to read posts along with their children.  If they have a spontaneous reaction to something they hear (and you are as taken back as I've been) please share it by posting a comment of your own.

My instructor once told me that sometimes the student finds the instructor.  I feel so fortunate to have so many students that seem to have found me rather than the other way around.  I continue to learn from our students and I hope that this makes me a better teacher as a result.
