Self-Confidence

This does not come naturally for many people, but self-confidence can be developed over a period of time.  Through Tang Soo Do, as students accomplish new goals, their confidence level increases.  This is the feeling of Pyong Ahn, or peaceful confidence, attained through continuous practice.  Tang Soo Do instills a sense of discipline and self confidence that can carry over to all aspects of life.
